What if I want to return or cancel an order?
It’s your right to cancel or exchange goods!
Of course based on the policy of the shop or website you purchased from.
In case of a cancellation, it goes without saying that the Cash Back will be canceled.
In case of exchange, the only way you can guarantee the cash back is to cancel the old order and put a new one through WaffarX again.
If you exchange without doing this, what happens is that the merchants cancel the old one themselves and create a new order, which means the cancellation of our fees as the second one isn’t done through us.
What if WaffarX doesn't offer the store I want?
We are in continuous search for new trusted stores to be added to our website to provide our members with a diverse range of products and services from qualified merchants.
We definitely haven’t added everything yet, so if you have ideas or would like to recommend a new shop, please contact us and we will do our best to add it, and thanks for the help!
What is a "Waffar X Shopping Trip"?
WaffarX shopping trip gives you confirmation that we have acknowledged your transaction.
If a shopping trip appears on your account this means that you have correctly clicked a link on WaffarX to reach one of our shops, and also provides you a reference number in case anything goes wrong or in case of a query towards this purchase.
Shopping trips are kept in history for 3 months.
Can I use WaffarX if I live outside UAE, Egypt, Saudi and Kuwait?
Yes, as long as the store you are purchasing from is one of our partners and will ship to your territory.
How do I make sure that I am earning Cash Back?
To ensure your Cash Back is linked to your account, please make sure you have visited the merchant’s websites through WaffarX.com.
We’d love to give all our partners money even if you don’t use our website in a particular case, but if you don’t use our links, there is no way other than your click to prove to the merchants that you are a member and should earn Cash Back.
Please take care while shopping to finish all your purchases from one website at once, because if you do partial shopping from a merchant, then go to other websites and come back through a non-WaffarX link, you will not get cash back on the second item that was not accessed through WaffarX links.
The same applies to different windows on the same browser, all shopping pages must start at a WaffarX page or link to ensure you get your Cashback.
Please make sure that your purchased goods are not on the exception list of things that don’t have Cash Back.
It happens that merchants don’t provide Cash Back on certain items.
